I would say these are 80-85% signed first editions.  My shelving is haphazard but I do try to group somewhat by genre, keeping the authors together.  In rooms where books are used for decoration, there is no organization.  I'm guessing around 300 signed books and another 75 that are not signed but somewhat antiquarian.  I have started buying my youngest daughter Beatrix Potter first editions and my eldest Harry Potter first edition signed.  My favorite of the bunch is the signed Go Set a Watchman.  Meaningful because we named our firstborn Harper in part in honor of Harper Lee and secondly because Harper Lee's passing coincided so closely with the timing of obtaining this book.
